Demolishing cement concrete,granite manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:2:4 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of ultima exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 5mm thick (GI pipe)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Wall panel of 50 mm thick made of Sandwich Panel of 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvanized steel sheet on both side of PUF. The roof shall also be made of sandwich panel of 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvanized steel sheet on both side of PUF and including fixing necessary etc.,

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent. Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 2.50 sqm upto 4.00 sqm)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent. Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and S.S. friction hinges (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm, sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ±. 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of door upto 2.50 sqm),(Including door stopper, door closer & lock etc.)

GST for all the above items in percentage has be given in the cell-M26 and GST amount will be calculated automatically in Cell-BA26.(Evaluation of bid will be made without taking GST)
