GSB- Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A)By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. WBM-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Sr.No. 4.7(2)(A) By Manual Means.(Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

WBM-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Sr.No. 4.7(3) By Manual Means. (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Sr.No. 5.1(i). (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Sr.No. 5.2(i) (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either As per MORD Specification 508 & Clause 5.9 B Case-II By Mechinical Mean (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous-VG-10 surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C By (Hot Mix Plant) As per MORD Specification 510 5.& Clause 5.12 Case-III Type-C By Mechinical Mean (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm. 4%"deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of. bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. As per Si No. 765 (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (3.14) (Cartage Earth) (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)
