100 mm thick ( spread thickness ) granular sub base with Shingle or gravel deposited spread, levelled, interstices filled surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates using limestone, sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with a brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removal all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

2.5 mm thick hot thermo plastic road marking paint strips, line, dashes, arrows letters etc. on road pavement width not exceeding 10 cm wide in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970, conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30, complete all as specified and directed. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator or equivalent.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick, well burnt, old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically, including neccessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

450mm dia RCC Hume spun pipe, type NP-2 in culvert of 7.00 mtr in length, PCC 1:3:6 in foundation, brick with sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4, rendering including all necessary earthwork in any type of soil etc, complete all as specified and shown in drawing No CEUZ/TD-1293/08 sheet 2/2.

RCC culvert of 90cm span and 7m in length, PCC 1:4:8 in foundation, brick work with sub class B bricks in CM 1:4, RCC M-25 design mix in slab and all RCC work including reinforcement, form work, rendering and all necessary earthwork in any type of soil etc, complete all as specified and shown in drawing No CEUZ/TD-1117/95 sheet 1/1.

25 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolodation, complete all as specified and directed.

50 micron polythene film as approved by GE , black laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20cm thick cement concrete work in pavement /hard standing of flexural strength 40Kg/per square certimeter in field using 400kg of cement per cum, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming and numbering without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints in 200mm thick concrete slab/pavement and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joint primed 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.
