Supplying, aligning , lowering & laying & laying of HDPE pipes, all type of specials ( Class III, Presure rating PN-6 Kg/m2), as per IS specification at proper position over a sand / local powdered earth cushion of 100 mm thick including cutting trenches up to the depth ( AV ) so as to maintain 1.00 Mtr earth cushion from top of pipe up to G.L. **in any kind of soil, road, flank, including hard rock and jointing by butt welding joint with suitable method with supply of jointing materials for HDPE pipes including cutting of pipes to required size and smothening the cut end and sand papering to make it suitable for butt joint, refilling the trenches including dewatering the trenches etc. with Hydraulic testing as per IS: 3114, 1965 ( Article-6) & washing ,cleaning the water line system with chlorine of 50 mg per litre all complete up to the full satisfaction of E.I.C. ( This Rate include matirial, labour, all taxes , carriage, inspection charges, storage etc all copmplete) N.B.: Under any circumstances average cushioning over pipe will not be less than 1.00 Mtr. ** If under any unavoidable circumstances such cushioning is not possible to maintain then written permission from E.I.C. is to be obtained faliure to which such work will be treated as illegal. 160mm Dia HDPE Pipe with matching specials & Valves as per direction of E.I.C.

C.I. sluice valve with flanged ends drilled to as per I.S. 1358/62 and having all cast iron components as per I.S. 780/71 solid forged bronze inside screw spindle having ultimate tensile strength not less than 4.72 MT per sq. cm. Spindle nut valve and seat faces of hard wear resisting, manufactured from best quality gunmetal conforming to I.S. 780/71, painted black all over with asphalt base paint tested to 21 kg (hydraulic pressure) per sq. cm., valve opening to anticlockwise direction, fitted and fixed complete. 100 mm dia

Construction of Sluice Valve Chambers with C.I. Heavy cover with locking arrangement. ( Weight not less than 25 kg) ( size of chamber 450 mm x 600 mm inside upto 900 mm depth or above as directed ) 250 mm thick cement brick walls ( 6:1), 150 mm thick cement concrete ( 6:3:1) bed with stone chips , 20 mm thick cement plaster ( 6:1) for inside wall and 15 mm thick cement plaster ( 4 :1) for outer walls including rounding corners as per Drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Interconnection between D.I150 mm dia main with HDPE(160mm O.D) pipe by D.I. Tee (150 X 150 X 160) including supplying fitting fixing all materials , earth cutting etc.all complete

Augur Boring through Metal Road including supplying, fitting , fixing of 300 mm dia casing pipe as per direction of E.I.C. 100mm to 350 mm dia

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding moorum, laterite/sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 mtr. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, dressing, remming the bottom bailing out water etc. as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 Mtr.

Add. extra for cutting laterite / Sand stone ( cutting with chisel )

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by through saturation with water ramming complete,including the cost of supply of sand--By fine sand

Dismatling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m In road way upto150mm thick

Removal of rubbish, earth etc from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the munical/corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm/sq.m)over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation trenches.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars stirrups,binders etc. including supply of rods,initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary)cutting to requisite length hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection complete in raft footing, columns. bracings, heal beam, ring beam, bottom dome, shaft, conical floor, roof, etc as per drawing and direction of EIC & including cost of wire (payment to be made on required quantity of reinforcement as per drawing and direction)-- Tor Steel HYSD(Fe-500) i)for works in foundation,basement upto 4 meter from GL

Hire and labour charges for 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering, curved or straight without staging in foundation etc. & striking off after completion of works.-25 to 30mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening :

Submission of complete detailed of pipe lines after execution of works showing street stand posty with location, position of valves air valves, wash out chambers and other important installation like bend, tee etc. in the distribution mpa as completion drawing of the water supply sche4me as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and his stasfaction. The list of the fittings,specilas used for distribution works should also be subsmitted along with the drawing. and indicating length and Position of dismaltaning or reconstruction of obstructive drain.
