TSupply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type RMU extensible IP54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 Nos as incomer, and fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 Nos as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200 complete all as specified.(AWC Area) (Make: ABB/Siemens/ Schnieder, Areva)

The unit shall have front cable entry for case of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports all front cable terminations, mechanical indications ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21KA for 1 sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS – 5 complete all as specified and as directed. The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switch gear, to ensure IP55 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear.

(k) Above switchgear shall conform to all relevant IEC/IS standards (l) Manual operation of vacuum circuit breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be filled in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. (m) Operation and instruction manual with drawing -01 set

NOTE :- Rate quoted by the firm for this item should include the cost of the following :- (i) PCC work/ any civil work for foundation required for errection of VCB and other accessories all as standard norms. (ii) contractor shall submit type test certificate to the Engg-in- charge/GEfor approval for placing the order. (iii) The contractor will be submitted the NABL accredited lab test reports of the RMU’s in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU. (iv) RMU shall be inspected by inspecting officer nominated by Accepting Officer for testing and inspection at manufacturers factory and all routine test pertaining to IS shall be carried out before dispatching of RMU. (v) Pre commissioning SEI inspection shall be carried out after installation of RMU.

Supply and fix Dew guard of size 150x150x2 mm make HENSEL cat part no HDE 150 or equivalent make including taking down old unsv heater complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect of all connection of HT supply (11 kVUG Cable) from three way RMU foundation and PCC work from RMU and take out RMU by suitable hydraulic crane and RMU to desired location and reconnect, testing , commissioning the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rate of Earth work and PCC for foundation is deemed to included in rate quoted.

Supply and fix in replacement of faulty over current & earth fault Relay and taking down old unsv relay of make L&T Cat No MC61A or equivalent make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
