M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA, (11KV/433V) with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing number of turns alongwith insulating material i.e leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , heating/drying etc including replacement of top cover gasket made out of sheet 4 mm thick including leak proofing by shalak solution complete all as specified and directed. Taking down/dismantling from foundation base and refixing back to the site after repair of any capacity of transformer by using suitable crane complete and including tranportation shifting to approved manufacturer/Workshop including testing and commissioning all as directed. Note- Dismantling and fixing after rewinding and Transportation from 54 ASP to Workshop and workshop to 54 ASP will be paid as one job)

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per IS-355 in existing position by means of suitable dehydrating mechanism of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub station complete all specified and as directed. Note: Transformer oil for TOP UP shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

(a) Removing the complete fixed contacts, moving contacts, cleaninig the contacts, removing the fittings and fixing back to the breakers after adjusting the pressure. M & L for surface cleaning of steel tubular poles HT 11 mtrs long including removing rusted particles and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc and providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm Each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on Each HT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv earthing and M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 25X4.0 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F of stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mmx300mmx6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I 2009 complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., excavation, demolition and removal of demolished concrete complete.

S & F in replacement of gate valve with drain plug of suitable size for existig transformer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of conservator tank for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing the GOD mechanism pipe and handle lever, etc. by way of welding, greasing and including S & F of new male and female with copper strip contact complete all as specified and directed

S & F self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 19 mm and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseeding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 10m x 1m complete all as specified and diercted.

Supply in replacement of Tinned copper fuse wire of size 27/33 S.W.G. for GOD ISI marked all as specified and as directed.
