Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement :6 fine sand 12 stone ballast 40 mm gauges) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (5-Chapter S.I. No. 01)

Providing and laying D.P.C. 40cm. Thick with cement concrete consisting of one part cement 1.5 part of coarse sand and three part of approved 10mm grade stone grit and including water proofing material as directed by the engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer. {Chapter No.07 Si.No.1}

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 Cement and Coarse sand 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in Super Structure including supply of all material, labour and tolls and plants etc. All complete. (S.I. No. 303+309)

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth leuel:1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (5-Chapter S.I. No.-8)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an overall rates) brought for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (b) 10mm to 12mm tor. (Chapter No. 10 S.I. No. 504(B))

12mm cement plaster in single coat on rough site of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor to level including internal rounded angles not excluding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (b) 1cement : 6 Coarse sand. (Chapter No.13 Si.No. 1)

Mild steel of iron in heavy size such as trusses built up gates record reck, roof work gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting are welding where neccesary, and also including supply of steel bolts , nuts wastage etc. and there fixing required for completion of the work.
