Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning in replacement of Maintenance Free Earthing (BIPOD) based on 2 X 2000mm long GI Earthing Electrode (Met-Chem CEET3980) 60mm Outer Dia and Inner Rod with 10mm thickness 2000mm long duly filled with ITPC-EECP15 fixed with SS nut bolts incl excavation/Earth work in any strata & PCC Chamber with CI Frame and cover (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below Gd level). The Electrode is surrounded by Earth Enhanced Compound Material (ITPC-EECP15) a mixture of Sulphate, Silica, Iron Oxide, nickel Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, Sodium Oxide, Zinc Oxide etc. Each earth should have resistance <2 Ohm by using earth electrode . Chemical Compound Powder to be provided minimum 50Kg per site. The inspection joint provide for earthing reference incl the manhole cover with locking facility be provided complete all as specified and as directed
