REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING REPAIRS OF TRANSFORMER UNDER GE I P FY KIRKEE

Material and labour for transporting the distribution transformer of 150 KVA capacity from CQA main receiving station Kirkee i.e.site of work as directed by Engineer in charge to outside workshop for carrying out repair and other works as listed herein below and as directed, transporting the transformer back to its original position after all the repair and allied works are carried out, installing the same including HT and LT cable connections and testing complete all as specified and directed (a) Replacement of oil level glass for the transformer (b) Providing breather (0.5kg) for transformer oil conservator bank of capacity bank (c) Topping up fresh Transformer oil having di-electric strength 40 KV into the transformers and the HT switch gears (d) Replacement of HT as well as LT metal parts & bushings (e) Taking out core assembly of defective winding materials from HT and LT side of the transformer and replacing with super enameled electrolytic insulated copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of new cork sheet, neoprene gasket etc and reinstalling the core assembly after re- winding. (f) Overhauling of step down transformer of various make 11KV/433V by disconnecting LT/HT terminels ,decanning transformer oil complete removing sludge ,cleaning of LT,HT bushings, complete cleaning and removing the dust particles, cleaning the core and winding with compressed air and reassemble complete incl replacement of copper washers ,rubber bushes of LT, HT bushings , replacement of bushes HT &LT if necessery, replacement of corksheet of 6 mm thick suitable for transformer top cover, terminal boxes ,filling with new transformer oil and testing and commissioning on load complete (g) Material and labour for cleaning and preparing surfaces of the transformer by hand scraper/any other means and removing the oil marks and foreign materials and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting suitable to match the existing colour/as directed . (h) New transformer oil and parts/materials listed in (a) to (f) above shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. Dehydration and filtration and topping up of old transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under item No.02 of BOQ. Cost of consumables like cotton, grease etc as required is deemed to include in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for dehydration and filtration of installed transformer oil to achieve the di-electric strangth up to 40 KV and minimum of 30 KV with 4 mm gap (for one minute duration) between testing electrodes including refilling back in the transformer all as directed. Notes : (i) The contractor has to arrange the de-hydration cum filtration plant with oil hose of sufficient length to reach up to the transformers/ switch gears and the oil di-electric strength testing machine. (ii) Dehydration & filtration of oil transformers shall be carried out ON-Line. Shut down will be given for making necessary pipe/ hose line connections from machine to transformer.

Supply only fresh Transformer oil having di-electric strength 40 KV into the transformers and the HT switch gears all as directed.

Supply only breather (0.5kg) in repair for transformers oil conservator bank of capacity bank of capacity 150 KVA as required all as specified and directed.

Supply only oil level glass for transformer capacity 150 KVA as required all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT metal parts & HT bushing (11KV (L-L)) suitable for indoor type transformer as required at site all as directed (for three phases)

Supply only LT metal parts & LT 433(L-L) bushing (suitable for indoor transformer as required at site all as specified and directed (for three phase & neutral)

Supply only super enameled electrolytic insulated copper wire of suitable gauge for HV and LV side winding to withstand the high voltage including new cork sheet, neoprene gasket etc all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repairing the Gang Operated Device of 11 KV Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame,in replacement of post Insulators/ fixed contact/ moving contact and complete servicing complete all as specified . Note : Spares and materials shall be measured and paid seperately as Supply only.

Supply Only Tinned Copper flexible jumper 200 A, 11 KV complete.

Material and labour for spreading graded stone aggregates of size 40 mm in complete area of outdoor substation & 4 pole structure area all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of four pole structure by scrapping out existing treatment preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking and writing pole numbers in existing pattern (as directed) and necessary scaffolds etc all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Servicing of ACB 630 Amps adjustable type completely by disconnecting the cable ,taking out and replace old unserviceable spare parts such as Shunt trip coil ,Arcing contacts,Fixed contacts and arc chutes .Testing and Connecting the cable after cleaning of each part and making serviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares will be measured and paid separately as Supply only
