Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old existing galvanised iron water mains 20 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and fittings for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable pipes and fittings from site complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No.04 above but for pipe of size 25 mm.

All as per serial item No.04 above but for pipe of size 40 mm.

All as per serial item No.04 above but for pipe of size 50 mm.

Refixing of 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position including cutting threads if required, fittings with old/new bends, elbows, socket, nipple, tapers, and reducers etc as per site requirement and laid in trenches or fixed to walls etc. and testing for leakages, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 25 mm ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs chlorination chemical stequa dosing refill duly installed in container incl dismantlig old u/s complete incl necessary arrengement/ connetion to existing pipeline with upve pipe 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Daclibac - STEQUA PACK PRO V2 refill item No SP25V2 and with 411AE Refill set-25 or equvalent in RMCO/ Milton Ray/ Approved make of HQ CEEC/ HQ E-in-C.

M&L for repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 20mm/25mm bore GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, cutting of hard standing, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions / sockets / nipples as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 28 above but for GI pipe of size 40 to 63 mm.

All as per serial item No. 28 above but for GI pipe of size 80 mm.

M&L for preparation of old painted brick / stone / plastered surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks with honeycomb walling built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old distempared surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
