M&L coloured glazed cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick, machine pressed , glossy finish (reflective type), any design (as approved by GE); set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cm 1:6 complete (Note : Cost for 20 mm thick cement screed is inclussive in the rate. No separate payment to be made.)

M&L for Machine pressed precast coloured glazed concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type) any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and sealing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 etc complete.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
