M&L for rewinding to induction motor 3 Ph of any make with supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and quantity including insulating materials ie varnish , sleeves etc complete all as directed for the following capacity of entire motor :- (a) 25 HP

M&L for removing all paint by removers or burssing off by blow lamp and cleaning with scrappers any number of coats any width or grith/description and painting with two coats of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per colour including writing pump No. and capcity of the pump with white paint all as direted by Engr-In- Charge for the following capacity of plant installed at suranussi area :- (a) 100 HP

(c) LT panel boards

(d) Piping control valves for Fire fighting Pump house

(e) Suction delevery pipe line upto 150 mm dia

Demolition of old unserviceable/broken chamber and M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber 1200x900x 600mm size with plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall inside and brick chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing of MS Sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron (40x40x6mm) brackets grouted to brick wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3 above but 900x900x600mm size.

S&F in repairs pressure gauge (0-10 Kg/Cm²) including necessary specials and provision of suitable ferrule etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron gland covers on top of sluice valve suitable for 80mm dia. sluice valves complete all as directed.

All as per item No.6 above but 100mm dia.

All as per item No.6 above but 150mm dia.

S&F in repairs 80mm dia sluice valve of cast iron body, PN 1.6, with both ends flanged, drilled at both the ends, conforming to IS-780, having gunmetal spindle with iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket champion-20, 3mm thick sheet complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.9 above but 100mm dia.

All as per item No.9 above but 150mm dia.

Dismantling and removal of damaged single out let fire hydrant stand post with control valve of 80mm dia. etc.,of any size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install fire hydrant stand post single out let type made out of 80mm dia. MS pipe, 1.50 mtr long, with 90 degree bend, both ends flanged complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of fire hydrant control valve as serviceable obtained from item No.23 above including renewal of nuts, bolts, washers and gasket with out disturbing the fire man system all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install fire hydrant control valve made out of gunmetal, single headed outlet type, 63mm dia. confirming to IS complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs female adoptor made of brass gun metal, 63mm dia. including all necessary welding/ brazing works without disturbing fireman lines & testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Nylon or rubber washers if any existing in the valves shall be removed before welding/ brazing and the same shall be re-inserted after completion of the job. In case of any damage, the washers shall be replaced with new ones with out any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for joints with rubber or fibre board gasket of 10mm thick for flanged pipe joints for MS/CI/DI pipes confirming to IS using suitable nuts, bolts, & washers as required at site for 80mm dia. pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.17 above but 100mm dia.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality not exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane fixed with rubber gasket to MS hose box icluding removing existing broken glass complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for scrapping down old painted surfaces of MS hose box, applying two coats red colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer using spray jet and lettering of hose box number with white colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for scrapping down old painted surfaces of MS fire hydrant stand post 1.6mtr long, 63mm dia, applying two coats post office red colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer using spray jet and lettering of post number with white colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 80mm dia. cast iron foot valve flanged type as per IS-4038 PN-2 having sheet Gunmetal disc face ring- Nitrile rubber, Hinge pin stainless steel AISI-410 with Cast iron bolted stainer with necessary nut, bolt, washers etc, complete including taking out old valves complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs 80mm dia Reflux Valve of cast iron body , with both ends flanged, drilled at both the ends, conforming to IS-1538, having GM flap with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard

S&F in repairs hose pipe15 m long with all accessories.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, trenches around pipe line including spreading , levelling, in layers n exc 25 cm after laying pipes and well ramming complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away from site and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting including excavation in trenches for laying CI/GI pipe not exc 45 cm wide and n.exc 75 cm depth as per site requirement including making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and top surface neatly finished to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron spigot and socketed pipe including cost iron fittings from trenches in existing position including burning old lead joint complete all as directed for following bores :- (a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

Relaying cast iron spigot and socketed pipe in trenches in new or old position after proper cleaning externally / internally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge of following :- (a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

Supply and laying cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends(ISI marked) centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length complete all as specified and directed for the following bores :- (a) 80 mm bore

Material and labour for repairs to frame work & MS plate of various size for valve chamber covers made out of suitable MS equal angles including fixing arrangments made out of suitable MS flat including cutting, welding and fixing arrangeent complete all as directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for foundation.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded aggregate for subbase of foundation

Material and labour repairs to valve chambers and supporting of columns for suction & delivery pipes using sub class B bricks with cement mortor 1:6 all as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

S&F 25mm dia. gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out old valves complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.48 above but 50mm dia.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections from trenches , walls/ floors of following bore :- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

Refixing old serviceable tubing and connections, obtained from item No 56 above, in new or old position, after cleaning including supply and fixing new GI fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows, sockets, etc of medium grade , all as required at site complete as directed for following bore :- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

Supply, laying and testing, galvanised iron pipe, medium grade with all fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows, sockets, reducer, tee union etc of medium grade, ISI marked fixed to walls/floors/ceilings/trenches including groove cutting for concealed plumbing as required at site and making good the damaged surfaces complete all as specified and directed for the following bores:- (a) 25 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore
