The contractor and his supervisor will provide the mobile number so that they can be communicated about the complaints, the SMS will be sent on those mobile and will be treated as an official complaints. The contractor will render the completion in writing to the department within 12 hours hours failing which 500 Rupees per day charged as penalty .

Repairs/rectification of GI Pipe leakage by replacing short piece length up to 0.50 mtr in wall/floors etc and excavation upto 1 cum as in trenches and including providing unions, reducers,nipples etc for 15 mm bore pipe and making necessary connections to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.
