Painting one coat of old wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a existing painting thorough scrapping , cleaning removal of dirt, plaster of paris,putty wherever required etc., complete compyling with standard specification.(The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the University Engineer before use of work)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the University Engineer.

Painting one coat of kerb stone using synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the University Engineers. ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the university Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying of hydraulic door closer of various sizes of approved quality using aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed complete complying with standard specification. and as directed by the University Engineer.

Water proofing with TPO membrane - Providing and laying 1.5 mm thick TPO Membrane over old terrace having week surface/Lime mortar. The membrane is manufactured using hot-melt extrusion process for complete scrim encapsulation. It is reinforced with a strong, polyester reinforced fabric center (scrim) and a tough thermoplastic polyolefin compounded top ply and the bottom. It should have UV resistant top white colour which has a very high resistance to weather agents and UV rays. TPO membrane shall be plasticizer, chlorine & pthalate free, and should exceed/meet specifications of ASTM D6878. Membrane should be mechanically fixed to the substrate by independent plates and fasteners. TPO Roof Membrane should be lapped and seamed using hot air heat welding equipment after mechanically fastening the overlaps. Membrane should have following minimum properties, Breaking Strength min. 220lbf (976N) as per ASTM D751, Elongation break of reinforcement > 15 % as per ASTM D751, and Tear Strength 55lbf (245N) as per ASTM D751. The finished cost including surface preparation, application of TPO membrane over the 200GSM Geo- textile and termination of TPO membrane using 2mm thick aluminium strip sealing with PU sealant at the top of strip completely as per specification and as directed by the University Engineer.

Exterior Wall Waterproof cum Decorative Coating Providing and Applying high build exterior waterproof coating for external wall, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, Reactive Acrylate copolymer technology. Apply one base coat of universal elastomeric exterior waterproof coating @0.25L/m2 and 2nd coat with Acrylic emultion top coat which can be tinted to any colour @ 0.17L/m2, including 2 coats DFT will be min. 170 microns, The material having followed technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Elongation of >100% as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, including priming the surface with 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.125 l/m2 in the SSD condition. The finished cost to include surfacepreparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification and as directed by the University Engineer.
