M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surface and applying two coats of exterior antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. M&L for preparation of surfaces of cracks by 'V' cutting in External or Internal walls and ceilings and filling smart crack filler to any depth, while surfaces are dry and sealing cracks completely and flushing with existing surfaces all as per manufacturer's instructions. M&L vitrified tiles of approved shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tile along with screed complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 8 above but as in skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick size 300x300 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over M&L 20 mm thick 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer of cement and tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed. Make: Bajaj/Racold/Usha/Orient electric NOTE:- (i) Taking down existng Geyser and deposit to the MES store yard with in the AOR. (ii) Stencil Mark MES number on Geyser .

Supply and fix exhaust fans AC single phase 230/240volts of size 300mmsweep 1400 RPM heavy duty with louvers inlcuding taking down of old exhaust fans. Note- (i) Taking down existng exhaust fan and deposit to the MES store yard with in the AOR. (ii) Stencil Mark MES number on exhaust fan motor.

Supply and fix in repairs sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB 20 Amp complete
