Supply & Laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying of pipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)

Dismantling and removing and setting aside for credit old unsv steel tubular pole any type/size by breaking PCC foundation after disconnecting electrical connection incl site clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L in replacement errection in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 meters long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT/LT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/ passing through pipe/fixing on walls, floors etc incl using suitable clamp of cross sectional area 4 core 16 Sqmm in and including taking out old one all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement of old cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade.

Material and labour in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator incl GI mild steel strip, washer, insulator bolts, washers and nut for working pressure 1100 volts section of strips 31 x 3 mm,max dia 90mm, height 75 mm,dia of bolt 12mm upto 9 metre long

Re-stringing of over head line ACSR conductor on existing lines by unbinding at each pin/shackle/Disc type insulator and re-fixing the same after stretching conductor, removing excess sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as specified, tightening of stay wire, binding of PVC line seperators two per span, all as specified and as directed for the following types of configurations:-

M&L for taking out old unsv earthing and material and labour for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of Earthing rod , outer pipe in GI and having minimum diameter of 76mm, 3m in length and inner pipe to have minimum diameter of 32mm, both end properly welded to make them airtight. GI terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination area in between two pipes filled with dry type chemical powder having high conductivity and make sure no air pockets are left. Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. The bore drilling will be done with the help of Pneumatic boring machine, 50 Kgs BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition. The Earth pit cover Square 300x300x240 mm to be provided to cover the earth Pit and shall be made of reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 Tons. M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 11 metres including cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

M & L for preparation of old cement based painted surfaces of RCC pole 9 mtr by cleaning of deposited materials, and painting with one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

Taking out old unserviceable LT panel and supply, installation, testing & commissioning, dust, weather & vermin proof L.T feeder pillar box (approx size 1.5m x 0.5m x 1.0m) factory fabricated (penal shall be got manufactured from any manufacturer duly approved by CPRI) outdoor type totally enclosed outer cage fabricated with 3.15mm thick MS sheet with frame made of MS angle iron 50x50x5 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440V 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/ vermin etc, inside the enclosure. All the holes shall be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry/exit with & including necessary internal wiring with stranded PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cables of adequate size. The kiosk/ box shall be powder coated internally /externally of approved colour. Quoted unit rate shall be deemed inclusive of PCC foundation, angle iron legs of 50cm above ground level made of angle iron 50x50x5mm & the following accessories:-

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT Panel covered by removing dust and other deposited materials from panel of any size and type including repair of panel door by welding work, hinges, nut, bolits, clamp etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing of old rusted LT panel stand and supply & fix new LT panel stand made out of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6mm grouted in cement mortor 45 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level incl taking out electric connection from panel, lifting of panel from existing position and refixing and reconnecting after welding new stand for panel size not less than 1.2 mtr long, 0.5 mtr wide including painting to new surface of stand with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colur complete all as specified and directed.
