Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.16 sqm but n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado, steps, pillars, window sills, cooking platform laid over 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including rounding edges of granite slab as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering(internal)15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) mixed with one percent Nano EHP powder by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Liquid Nano water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).
