Description of Work

Shifting of materials other than pole upto pole pit.

Transporting of poles from road side to pole pits

Erection of metallic poles of following length above 10mts and upto 12 mts (without concreting).

Stringing of Dog Conductor (3 wire) (Conductor will be provided by department)

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener , 7/3.15 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc without concreting as required.

Providing 11 KV Top Clamp Angle type with cleat

Carpet Guarding

Providing of G.I. wire 4.00 mm (8 SWG) {i.e. 1 span= 5 Kg}

Providing of 11 KV Guarding channel 100 X 50 mm set.

Providing 11 KV Polymeric pin Insulator with Pin.

Providing of 11 KV Polymer type Disc Insulator.

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV OHL as required.

Providing of GI earthing pipe of 40 mm dia 3.04 mtr long with 12 mm hole at 18 places at equal distance trapered casing at lower end.

Supplying and fitting of MS Nut and Bolts 16 X 140 mm.

Providing of 11 KV 'V' cross arm with clamp.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33KV overhead lines as required.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc as required. Note:- Equivalent to 01 Skilled Supervisor, 05 Skilled person (able to climb to work on top of the pole) and 05 Unskilled manpower on daily basis + Providing of required items as mentioned.
