Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-15 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded to IS specified using river sand ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of mix M-15 Graded mix using broken hardgranite coarse aggregate (well graded) 60% of nominal maximum size of 40mm metal and 40% of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded to I.S. specified grading using river sand (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixture including dewtering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating , watering, curing, finishing this surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-20 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded (70% 40mm and 30% 20mm) to L.S specified grading using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed ny the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and placing in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete M30using hard broken granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm graded to I.S. Specificaiton grading using river sand ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 30 N / mm2 at 28 days ) and mixing the ingredients in by using mixer machine including dewatering of the placement site by bailing / pumping and dewatering wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers as directed and in bays compacting and vibrating watering curing finishing the surface with all leads and lifts so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of 4kg/cm2 required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the backfill int he abutments and wings. etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to worksite, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing filter media behind the abu tments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers wityh smaller sized towards the solid and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc. complete complying withy standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Filling behind Abutments and wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to work site, laying handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimummoisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed tor steel rods of various diameter for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel, binding wire labour charges for cutting, bending tying the grills and laying in position for various depths and heights below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 m hight for plain surfaces such as R.C.C.slabs, vertical slabs, side slabs of R.C.C. works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10 gauge sheets of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work. (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor ). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.
