Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing old PVC SWR line, cutting groove GI line replacement, ventilator, block/Brick masonry, granite slab, aluminium partition, doors, dismantling chambers, removing debris and other works wherever required as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge

Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals/ Indian Water closet/ European Water closet and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and such similar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenances required to complete the work

Providing and fixing 75mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 110mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 150mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 25 mm Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
