Supply and fix servo controlled oil cooled voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation betweeen 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilised at 415 with accuracy +/- 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60×60cm ×3.00mm burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, (in any type of strata ) PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI Pipe middium grade for protection and test point complete Note:-(i) Copper strip 20 x 3 mm with GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

M & L for Supplying, laying, connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of following sizes:-95 Sqmm, 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Returing filling in including spreding leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceding 25 cm as in soil all as specified and dirceted.

Removing excavated material not exceding 50 m and depostingwhere directed at a level not exceding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to all around the cable protection of natural Tibba sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Laying stone patti 40-50 mm thick, 25- 30 cm wide abutting each other for cable protection

Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system and design verified as per IS/IEC -61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacutrers along with FAT, floor mounted, powder coated, comprising following complete all as specified and directed. Outer Shell - Made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm of height 1.5 mtr frame front and back openable double door system ,Lock & Key arrangement Inner shell- made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized for each switchgear front and back openable , with TPN Aluminium busbar ( colour coded heat shrikable sleeves) of capacity 1.5 Times of incomming/ outgoing Switchgears. Material and labour for Electrical Earthing with GI plate electrod of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip earth lead of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers made of galvanised iron and connected main control board/switch gear/pannel boards all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES shcedule (SSR) Part-I, 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chambler RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm center to center both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete and testing resistence all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) GI strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate.
