Non-metallic Expansion Joints- Only Fabric Belt and Bolster. b. Item – Fabric Belt and Bolster. c. Duct Size- 4962 x 7612mm SQ Duct inside x 400mm long. d. Fabric Belt – Outer Layer is S.S. Wire Mesh, second layer is silicon Coated Glass Fabric 0.9 mm T, Third Layer is Ceramic Blanket 25mm T, 128 Density and inside layer as Glass Fabric Wrapped with Both Side 75mm Reinforced for clamping. e. Bolster- Glass with Ceramic Blanket 96 Density x 300mm T x 250mm Width, Rectangular Shape Bolster. f. Supply Size- 800mm Long Fabric Belt with Bolster require and same we have considered only. g. Steel Frame/Liner/Clamping Plate/Fasteners- NOT IN VENDOR SCOPE IN SUPPLY. h. Design and Drawing- As per existing duct will be provided after finalization of order i.
