Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Removing MS angle posts, barbed wires, iron net etc. from existing boundary damaged fencing carefully including stacking of them at site as per the direction

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand

Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering In ground floor and foundation. (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)`(b) In superstructure, ground floor

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. For GRILL RAILING on the boundary wall

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface :(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Repairing of cattle gate including removing from its place, cleaning the existing pit, repairing and welding missing members as per existing shape and design including fitting and fixing the same at the original place and mending all damages etc. including all materials, labour, hiring charges of equipment etc. at site complete in all respect

Hiring of vehicle for official visits to and fro the office and site (around 40 km apart) as and when required for visiting the site during works. Since this area is not well connected with the main town and only a very few public transport ply in between, hence it is required to hire vehicle during inspection and execution of the works
