Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

DISMANTLING BRICK MASONRY & DISPOSE Dismantling of all types of brick work in cement mortar, including glazed tiles, cement plaster and disposal of unserviceable material as directed

CHASING WALLS/FLOORS Chasing of walls/floor upto 50mm for A.C. refrigerent/drain piping, plumbing pipes and for laying electric conduits etc and making them good after chasing

Making hole up to 20x20 cm and embedding pipes up to 150 mm diameter in masonry and filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including disposal of malba.

12 MM THICK PLASTER IN 1:4 CM Providing and applying average 12 mm thk cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:4 to all internal surfaces at all levels including surfacepreparation, staging, scaffolding and providing & fixing 20 Gauge 150mm widechicken wire mesh at all concrete & brickwork joints and roughening the surface as directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Form work Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of laminated board flooring AC IV using HDF solid core planks of specified thickness approved quality and color with tongued and grooved jointing including cost of thermo cot and other accessories complete. (to be approved by EIC)

DOOR / WINDOW WORKS DOUBLE/ SINGLE LEAF FLUSH DOOR WITH VISION PANEL Providing & fixing of 35mm thick ISI marked Phenol Bonded double/ single leaf flush door as per design of approved make. Job consists of: covereing with 1 mm thick laminate of approved make and colour on both the sides of shutter as per design. Grooves to be filled with grout matching with the color of laminate. The shutter will have a glass vision panel 6mm thick clear float glass of approx. 450 x 200mm on both shutters with necessary deep etching/bevelling, T.W. beading; The shutter shall be finished with 6 mm thick teak wood lipping patti all around the shutter and finished with paint matching the lamination on the teak wood lipping patti; Supply and fixing of 4 nos 100mm x 75mm x 3mm thick SS hinges Door hardware like handles, door closer etc. shall be included in this item. (Approved make as directed by EIC)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 3.5mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Imported/Foreign wood.

Providing and fixing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 3.5mm

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing & fixing wallpaper of approved pattern & quality to wall surface including chemical & adhesive as per directions of EIC

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on wood work/window grill including necessary repairs

Polishing on wood work with touchwood/readymade wax polish of approved brand and manufacture on old work (two or more coats on old wood work including scraping, necessary repairs,matching wood stainer, sccafolding complete as per directions of EIC)

Providing and fixing ISI marked fittings for doors, windows of following size including cost of screws complete.

Touchwood polishing, two or more coats on new wood work including a coat of wood filler & fevicol washing complete as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing of M. S. Grill (ornamental) of angles / tees / flats / round and square bars/Hallow sections duly welded in frames of windows or with approved design, welded complete including applying a priming coat of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all completee Welded

Making seating places for placing of structural steel beams/ members inside brick walls,including necessary repairs with rich cement concrete
