Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth well-watered and consolidated in layers of not more than 150mm thick in foundation and basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Supplying and filling river sand / M sand well watered and consolidated in foundation in layers complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C. 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, laed, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix for footing and Plinth Beam using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal with minimum cement content of 300kg/m³ and maximum water-cement ratio of 0.5 and using anti-corrosive admixture ‘CONCARE’ or equivalent as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement. a) For Footing

Providing RCC Floor/Roof slab. Waist slab, Landing and steps in M25 Grade using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal with minimum cement content of 300kg/m³ and maximum water-cement ratio of 0.5 and using anti-corrosive admixture ‘CONCARE’ or equivalent as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing , all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing steel reinforcement of High Strength deformed TMT bars having charactoreristic strength of 500 N/mm2 of 'SAIL' or 'TATA' make or equilent for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of steel, 18guage GI binding wire, lead, lift,T&Ps, etc.,

Plastering in CM 1:3, 20mm thick with water proof admixture of approved make and quality and bitumen paint wherever required and as directed by the Engineer in charge for inside and outside surfaces of water tank including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS rungs as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, fixing in walls rigidly, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, two coat of painting, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of cement paint over a coat of white cement over the brick wall as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Water tank walls with Joint free ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality and size over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in storage tank inside wall as directed by the Enginer incharge including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Providing plinth protection alround the storage tank and pump room by laying PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for an average thickness of 100mm and plastered over with CM 1:3, 20mm thick and the finished surface is to have a slope away from the plinth to drain as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing PVC water bar 150mm wide with singlel bulb for wall / floor joint as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift,T&Ps, etc., complete.
