S&F 0.60mm thick corrugated galvanised mild steel sheeting with zinc coating of 120 gram/sqm grade O with two corrugatioin side lap, with corrugation of grade B 12.5mm depth fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roofs, walls etc.

S&F 1mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with zinc coating 120 gram/sqm grade O

S&F Tubular sections of size 50X25X2.6mm thick as in rafters fixed with self tapping screw of size not less than 75mm and 25X25X2.6 mm thick for battens fixed on rafters over CGI sheet roof with necessary fittings and welding for supporting mangalore pattern roof tiles complete (Fe 410-W, Grade-E-250 quality A)

M&L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry.

all as per above item here in before but except tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 using class AA tiles

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:3 in roof sectional area n.exc 25 sqcm

S&F of 4mm thick 'E' classic designer board false ceiling with powder coated GI snap grid frame work of grid size 600 x 600 mm including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 Cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix items as under :- (a) 27x27x0.55 mm thick GI angle powder coated duly plugged @ 600mm centre to centre alongwith perimeter of wall. (b) 25x25x0.55 mm thick GI tee powder coated as main and cross runners suspended with 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders (n.exe 1.2 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/wooden truss/A.I Runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of 4mm thick AC "E" Classic designer board of approved texture and finished complete. Note. The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles of any shades 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles of any shades 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm, in skirting laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 , set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and as directed.

Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m but n.exc. 2000m etc complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete roof and chajja surface to get a uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatment

M/L for PCC 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) for PCC padding on RCC roof surface finished even and smoother using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for applying oil based bituminous primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick. APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm re-inforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180N and with thermal insulation with the mineral / graved finish on upper side and laying with torches application and with 10 cm minimum lap in both direction length wise and width wise all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
