Hire and Labour Charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams , columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting , fixing and striking out after completion of works

Extra Work for using water proofing and plasticizing admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement ( or at manufacturer’s specified rate) for concrete of various grade

Plaster ( to wall , floor, ceiling etc ) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints including throating , nosing and drip coarse , scaffolding / staging where necessary with 1:4 cement mortar 20mm thick plaster First Floor Outer Side
