Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of cleaning of drains, under culverts, hume pipes etc including removing of mud, vegitables, shurbs etc and removing the spoil received during cleaning to distance beyond 500 mtr and upto total distance 1.5 km.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 3.00 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified (old bricks dismantled under respective item shall be reused with cleaning of old brick).

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F 35 mm thick precast cement concrete jallies PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description thickness including raking out joint hacking for key scubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortal 1.4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applied two coat of cement base paint over one priming coat all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor 100mm thick as in alternate bays, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 250x250x25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with grey cement and using pigment as in paths complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note : The sample shall be got approved from the GE before procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE

M&L 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in Cement Mortar (1:6) as in landings, drains cover slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar articles including demolition and necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old stone/concrete surface of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate colours if required as per site) complete all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work including door, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. using steel conforming to Fe-410 Gde-E-250 complete including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors, door frame chowkhat etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including necessary cutting drilling and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel, plain black sheet 1.25mm thickn as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified.

Dismantling of fencing posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/barbed wire, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post holes, mass concrete, surface channels, drains and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently, without connecting plates, ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length ) etc confirming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde -E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed (for making sliding gate).

S & F Mild Steel work in flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : Nuts & bolts shall be paid separately.

S&F Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. Note : Size of Mesh 75x75x3 mm

S&F galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified

S&F MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut ot length bent to shape including cranking bending etc.

S&F Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, 12 mm dia, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged lewised, n exc 15 cm long complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrge

M&L Preparation of old steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as spd and directed.
