Job charges for providing, shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of 3000 GPH x 220 meter head at pumping station Seen Brahmna by way of fabrication of adopter nipple approximately 1 meter long fabricated out of delivery of submersible pump and threading the pipe for screwing into the delivery portion of submersible pump and the other end of the adopter i.e. 80 mm side is welded with MS flanges of 80 mm outer dia meter and 10 cm long these bolt are to be passed through nuts welded on the adopter nipple and claimed by tightening 12mm double nuts on both sides. Extraction of old damaged / defunct submersible from the bore well by extraction by pipes one by one using, chain pulley block, manual labour and special tools and tackles. Fabrication of extension 3” dia pipe by welding flanges at both its ends approximately in 3 meter in length. Lowering of new submersible pump set 3000 GPH x 220 meter head unit by using special tools and tackles viz. chain pulley block. MS clamps GI shillings etc. to a level of 30 meter from the top of Tube-well casing pipe including the length of pump and motor unit. Providing and fitting of new nuts, bolts, leather flanges etc. Making all the electrical connections and then testing of submersible pump set on full load. Job also includes cost of pumping unit, transportation / carriage of pump and cable to the site of work. (Complete job).
