Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 230 mm dia, medium duty, wall mounted Exhaust Fan with double ball bearing including required wall opening with suitable RCC collar and finishing of the wall, Embedment of stainless steel bolts (4 Nos. of 6 mm x 60 mm) for mounting of Exhaust Fan on the wall,supply and fixing of Stainless Steel Mesh with Aluminium Frame along with 3 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, FRLSH sheathed copper flexible cables of required length, with supply and fixing of 6A, 3 Pin, Plug top with indicator , refer Drg No. GSO/ESG/ESD/KTS/EXF/SS GRILL/DRG-02 for SS mesh as per the detailed specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 230 mm Dia Medium Duty Wall Mounting Exhaust Fan on Wooden frame window including necessary modification on the existing window to accommodate the Exhaust fan including supply and fixing of Stainless Steel Bolts for mounting of Exhaust Fan on the wooden frame, Stainless Steel Wire Mesh, supply & connecting of 3 C x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, FRLSH sheathed copper flexible cables of required length with 6A, 3 pin plug top with indicator, refer Drg No. GSO/ECS/KTS/EXF/W-INS/DRG-01 for modification of wooden frame window and fixing of exhaust Fan and SS mesh as per the detailed specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 230 mm dia medium duty wall mounting Exhaust Fan including supply of stainless steel mesh with aluminium frame along with supply of 3 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, FRLSH sheathed copper flexible cables of required length, supply and fixing of 6A, 3 Pin, Plug top with indicator, refer Drg No. GSO/ESG/ESD/KTS/EXF/SS GRILL/DRG-02 for SS mesh as per the detailed specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Installation of following sizes of PVC trunking (casing & capping) on walls/Ceiling for routing of Power, Lighting and Telephone wires including all the required accessories like JBs, Coupling, External & Internal Bends, Elbows and end cap as per the detailed specification.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.29)

Wiring for lights / fans /sensors/ Power point with 1100V grade FRLS insulated copper conductor wires in existing concealed/ Exposed PVC / ERW/Flo-coated Metal conduits as per the detailed scope of work, including supply of Wires, switches/ sockets, termination of copper wires at either end by crimping including supply of PVC Sleeves/Ferrules, Copper Crimping Lugs and connecting the wires to various switches, sockets, etc. including testing and commissioning as per the detailed specification.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.18)

Wiring for Exhaust fan point up to 3Mtr height with 2 Runs of 1.5 Sq.mm Copper wires for Phase & Neutral and 1 Run of 2.5 Sq.mm Copper wire for Earth from Switch board to Power point including supply of 3 pin 6A shuttered type Socket, 2Nos. 2 Modular plate and 1 No 6A modular switch and 1 No. dummy plate Note : Anticipated average route length approximately 6.0 meters

Supply and Embedment of 50mm Deep, Square/Rectangular Concealed type and GI double earthed modular metal boxes of the following types and as specified in RCC/Brick/Concrete Block Masonry with finishing and making good as per the detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.15.12).

Schedule of Quantities

The schedule of quantities is to be read for the purpose of pricing in conjunction with the special conditions, general rules for the guidance of contractors, conditions of contract, specifications, scope of work (Section V), and General Specification (Section VI, VI MNC), drawings, schedule of supply of materials and the appendices for complete interpretation of this scope of work quantity wise.

The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the construction of the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based.

The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications.

Items of work described in brief are detailed under specification of Work.The scope of work will not be estimated from the brief description of this schedule.

Rate quoted must include all components required for meeting the specification and performance requirements of the item irrespective of whether they are specifically brought out in this schedule or not.

All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same.

Rates quoted for all items in this tender shall include cost of all materials. Department will not supply any materials other than materials stipulated in Section - VII of the tender and as such the rates quoted must be all inclusive.
