Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neately dressed within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.10 meter thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, resumes and cantilever up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 millimeter thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 millimeter, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 millimeters in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge

White Washing with lime on undercoated wall surface two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing steel fiver reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover and frame conforming to I.S. 12592 (Part-1) 1998 with latest amendsments 600x600mm internal diametre ( medium duty.) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Laying, jointing and fixing of G.I pipe of following diametre in Inlet, Outlet, and Scour pipe within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge of the following nominal bores.

65 mm dia Nominal bore.

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately) 100mm nominal size.

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Cowl 100mm nominal diameter.

Providing & Supplying of Cast Iron Sluice Valve without flange of following dia Class PN 1.6 including cost of rubber inspection washer ( Gasket ) etc. open end with hand wheel confirming to IS: 14846 having test pressure of 10.20 Kg/Sqcm of leader/Kirloskar make complete in all respect.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer: Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source

Second layer: Coarsed sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source

Third layer: Bajri screened, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source

Fourth layer: Bajri (coarsed) screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source

Bottom layer: Broken stone screened, washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source
