Dragging of ST Pole /PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long

Fabrication erection ,grouting plinthing and painting of double Pole for LT Substation on 11 M ST Pole /8.5 Mtr PCC pole including mounting of Clamps with nut & Bolts top channel, dropper channel ,Substation base Angle ,11 KV Disc insulator with fitting 1/6 of total length of poles will be planted on stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm.

Fabrication erection ,grouting plinthing and painting of Single Pole 11 M ST Pole /8.5 Mtr PCC pole including mounting of Cross Arms with nut & Bolts for 11 KV line including grouting of support 0.268 cu.M per pole with cement coarse sand and brick ballast plinthing 300 mm above ground level fitting of 11 KV Pin & Pin Insulator . 1/6 of total length of poles will be planted on stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm.

Erection of Stay set of 16x1800 mm rod duly painted with red oxide,anchor plate, thumble turn buckle and stay insulate etc. digging of pit of size of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 m for grouting 1:3:6 cement concrete, with stay of size 7/8 SWG, nuzzling & Grouting.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x120 Sqmm XLPE cable will be laid with the gap in between both the Cable 0.15 M in between two consecutive rows of first class bricks after making 3" pad of local sand on the bottom of trench .filling of local sand in hollow space up to covering level and covered with first class bricks mm construction of Pakka trench 1 Mtr wide and 1.5 Mtr deep with First class bricks and sand mortar.(ALL the material will be arranged by contractor)

Hoisting of 11 kV 3x120 Sqmm XLPE cable on double pole with proper clamping & jumpering. The cable will be passed through GI pipe of size 150 mm dia , will be clamped with pole at the bottom, middle & top of the MS pipe (All the material will be arranged by the contractor except cable.)

High Pressure testing of 11 KV 3x120 Sqmm XLPE Cable upto 18 KV for the duration of 05 minutes after completion of laying .Joints and terminations (testing Equipment will be arraged by the contractor)

Stringing and Sagging of 11 KV Line with ACSR Weasel Conductor including nuzzling binding and jumpering (weasal Conductor will be Provided by the department)

11 KV Guarding by Guarding Angle and GI Wire.

Dismentalling of Existing 10 KVA Transformer and its safe Carriage & stacking at JE Dump Store.

Dismentalling of Existing 25 KVA Transformer and its safe Carriage & stacking at JE Dump Store.

Dismentalling of Existing 250 KVA Transformer and its safe Carriage & stacking at JE Dump Store.

Installation and Commissioning of Transformer (2 Nos 10 KVA,3 Nos 25 KVA and 1 NO. 250 KVA ) including its connection in between 11 KV and LT Line mounting of Copper L-pieces ,Providing Crimping type Alluminum Lugs of required sixes (All the Materials except Transformer will Be Arraged by the Contractor )

Construction of Meaonry type transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M with brick, Cement.corase sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hollow space, plastering outer surface in ratio 1:4:6 top o the Plinth 4 " thickness grouting of 2 no MS Chhanal of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer . (all the matrials will be arranged by Contractor)

Construction of retaining Wall, febrication & erection of Wiremesh Fencing of Size 5+3 & 2.0 M hight around Transformer and with retaining wall & 1 No. gate with Locking arrangement made of MS angle iron of of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with Nuts and Bolts. The Panel must be supported with MS flat of size 50x6 mm. wiremmesh of size 10 SWG recterials type. its Painting as pernorms of Respo.( All matrials will be arranged by the contractor at his cost)

Boring Type Earthing of 11/0.4 KVA Substation by Boring and lowering of 25 fit deep or upto water level 1.5 " Dia B Class Jindal Make GI Pipe its Connction in between transformar and boring with G.I. Stirp of size 50x6 mm (All the Matrials will be Arranged by the contractor )

Earthing of T/F with M.S.Earthing Pod of size 20x2500 mm as per Specification.
