Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work with Old size Fly ash ’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 02.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial Item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 04.00 here-in-before but except stones. Note : Old serviceable stones retrieved from serial item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

M&L for raised pointing to randon rubble uncoursed or brought coursed in CM 1:4

M&L in repairs for broken glass coping by using broken glass at the rate of 10kg/Sqm fixed over 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 layer on top of walls etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Ditto as above but exc 15 cm thickness (above ground floors) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement Concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitte demolition) all as specified and as directed. Note - Wastage of time for TFF issue from ISO/Fire station (as usage of generator involved) may be considered while quoting

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate as in coping/bed blocks, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating making groves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary form work

S&F for Precast cement Concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick Type B0 (1:2:4) using (12.5mm aggregate ) including all mouldings but excluding frame (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregate as in plinth/hard standing laid in alternate bays n exc 2.5m length finished even & smooth and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per item 16 as above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Dismantling post or post struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good posts embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregade ) in foundation for post holes.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing averge sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitered tops and including necessary form work complete all as directed.

S&F in Mild steel angle iron fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long, dia of shank 5 to 10mm.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 4mm thick, any size or type complete all as specified and approved by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with provission of binding wire including dismantling of existing fencing wire mesh, any type complete all specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) as in handles of man hole covers & similar works including necessary cutting etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.

S& F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc using angle Iron ,flat Iron ,round bars with end of bars shouldered and or rivetted or forged into spikes ,framed guard bars barred into iron doors ,walkways railing framework amd similler work confiming to Fe 290 ,GDE E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls/fencing posts etc and applying and applying three coats of white wash, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone masonry surfaces or surfaces of brick/Stone work of walls, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F for Chicken mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling with nails and cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of water primer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in cement concrete sub floors, sub bases , floors and pavings (using 40 mm graded aggregade ) in foundation for post holes.

S&F for Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and incl sand cushing 50mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Glozy finish concrete coloured tiles with pigment of size 300 mm x 300 m x 25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs (incl demolition)machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 Grade including 50 mm sand cushioning with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and incl sand cushing 50mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of graniteincluding rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specifoed and directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 x 300m x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as dado etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for light/dark shade endura vitrified tiles 9-10 mm thick, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including each as in floor/ path/ hardstanding incl dismantling all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb stones with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pathways/hardstanding/berms etc, laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing Grade 'A' compound

Demolition and breaking up 300/450 mm bore drain pipes, salt glazed stone ware set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to SGSW/NP2 drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charg complet all as specified

M&L Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

M&L Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for Granite 18-22mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of Epoxy water proofing paint including priming coat of water proof based primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Stainless steel cloured letters Copper/Brass/Golden colour letters as per GE approved and fixed if wall with conneted drilling & conectted works all as per directed.
