Operation and Maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations in Terminal building, Technical Block, Fire station, Cargo complex, M.T. Building, Car parking, CISF Barracks, Road lighting and other ancillary buildings by deploying required qualified manpower as specified in the Special Conditions & specifications for operation, monitoring, recording performance log books, carrying out preventive maintenance activities & maintaining records, attending breakdown complaints and minor additions & alterations/ repair works on round the clock basis i/c. Sundays and Holidays, including providing consumables etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2018 (without any cost escalation for material and labour) as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations/installations of Coimbatore Airport as per the special Terms and Condition in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.10,00,000/- and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly after deducting GST component from the DSR-2018 rates.

Supply of manpower for attending breakdown/maintenance/ repairing works of electrical and mechanical installations as and when required.

Spray painting of electrical Panels at various locations with two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of required colour, approved brand/manufacturer as and when required. (The meters, indicating lamps and other instruments shall be covered with paper/grease before painting and the residual paint shall be cleaned off after painting)

Hiring and running charges for JCB as and when required. The rate shall include charges for entry pass for vehicle, operator etc. to enter operational area at Coimbatore international Airport.

Hiring and running charges for 12 TON crane/Hydra for attending fault in 16m highmasts i/c. dismantling and reinstallation as and when required. The rate shall include charges for entry pass for vehicle, operator etc. to enter operational area, if required, at Coimbatore international Airport.

Replacement of damaged/struck SS rope of 30M height Monumental Flag mast using crane/hydra, checking the operation and overall function etc. complete as and when required.
