Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed15 mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes complete all as specified.

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 300x200x7mm thick tiles on vertical surfaces using glazed economy finish grade B III ceramic tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over rendering in CM 1:3 , 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china water closet squatting pan of 'Orissa' pattern of size 580x 440mm, white, with "integral foot rests",including provision of lime concrete or lean cement bed and making necessary connection to soil pipes and flushing cistern etc complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, plastic water closet seat, black/white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs PVC valve less syphonic action type, low level flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, white with complete accessories like inlet, ball valve including brackets, PVC flush pipe over flow pipe etc complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel sheet 1mm thick for kitchen fixed with plugs, washer and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting unions to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm all as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back , size 550 mm x 400 mm excluding supply of taps, but including waste fittings , brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and flt nuts , flange end embedded in red lead cement and other end fixed , chain and plug and porcelain stopper and brackets including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand , making connections to waste and supply pipes and complete all as specified.

S & F 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes including all fittings of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.,complete and making good the area to match with existing surface, including taking down complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 09 above but 25 mm bore.
