Sch 'a' Part - XI : Fittings, fixtures & Misc. items. INTERNALWATER SUPPLY. Supply and fix angle cock cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated screwed both ends for PP-R pipes or for unions and fixed suitable for 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Make; As per Annexure

Supply and fix Bib tap with health faucet (for two in one) brass chromium plated including 1 M long flexible pipe with flushing nozzle and trigger at one end and brass CP union other end fixed to 20mm dia PP-R pipe all as directed. Make; As per Annexure

Internal Electric Supply: Supply, fix and connecting up ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep complete with cable 3 Core of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, including writing MES No. 2 cm height with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as directed. MCB DB SPN 6 Way horizontal double door, IP 43, 240 V 50 Hz suitable for MCB SPN as incomer and MCBs DP/SP as outgoing with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link earth link complete all as directed. Make: Schneider CAT Part No. A9HSND06 or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

Supply and fix MCB FP 6 to 32 Amps 415 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'B' curve complete all as directed. Make: Schneider CAT Part No. A9N4P06B-P32B or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

MCB SPN 40 Amps 'B' Curve 240 V, 10 KA, 50 Hz all as directed. Make: Schneider CAT Part No. A9N2P40B or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

MCB SP 6-32 Amps 'B' Curve 240 V, 10 KA, 50 Hz all as directed. Make: Schneider CAT No. A91NP06-P32B or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

Earthing complete by using GI earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using GI earth strip of size 25mmx4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanised iron and protected by galvanised iron light grade 40 mm bore & 20mm dia galvanised medium grade for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50 mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I .

Aviation Obstruction Light : MCB enclosure, double door, SPN 6 way complete with modular digital time switch, modular contactor and MCB SPN 6A, 'C' curve complete all as directed. Make: As per Annexure.

LED 15 watts, Aviation obstruction light conforming to IS 2147, IP 65, LM6 alloy with toughned clear transperent dome and endless neophrene gasket complete with multiple LEDs with not less than five circuits including arrangement etc complete all as directed. Make:- Bajaj Cat No BGAV 302 LED or its equivalent make as per Crompton /Philips or as per Annexure. Note: Refer Aneexure 'V' for instructions to be followed for LED fittings.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric contol cable (Heavy Duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade all as directed. Make of cable : As per annexure.

External Water Supply: Material and labour for cutting the existing GI pipe line and reducing it to required length by inserting and including new tees of size 100x100x40mm with accessories complete all as directed. Note: Necessary excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Sch 'A' Part-VIII.

Lightning Protection: Supply and fix for copper clad aluminium lightning arrester 170mm width and 800mm long including fixing with suitable saddles, insulators complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3 mm by means of copper bolts , nuts , washers with GI protection pipe 40mm dia medium grade up to 7.5m long , galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50 mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I .

External Electric Supply: Supply & install, testing and commissioning dry type cast resin transformer distribution, step down type 200 KVA capacity step down, indoor type 11/0.433 KV,3 PH ,50 HZ, confirming to IS 11171 and IEC 60076 Pt 11,copper wound F/F class insulation, continuous duty, complete with AN Cooling transformer delta connection on HV side & star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group 4) & having manually operated tapping of +5% in equal step of 2.5%, changed by means off load tap changing arrangement on HV side. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS 1180:2014 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and HT Side. Percentage impedence shall be 5%, IP-21 protection the limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in IEC 60076 Pt 12 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with & including the following specifications :-

(i) Cable terminal box on LT side and arrangement to connect HT 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable on HT side.(ii) Rating and diagram plate . (III) base channel earthing terminals lifting lugs. Note :- Anything missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(for Runway 07 end Substation 2)

Supply and installation, test and commissioning of acoustic proof AMF panel type diesel engine driven generating set fully wired 415 volts + 5% AC three phase 4 wire 50 Hz having capacity 160 KW, 200 KVA continuos rating. Power factor .8 (lagging) as per IS 4722 and connections as per IE rule. DG set mounted on common base plate with anti vibration pad mounting including foundations as recommended by manufacturers. The Gen Set shall confirm to CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and necessary certificate from NAL to this effect shall be submitted and complete with AMF control panel board with 5 module microprocessor based engine for safety unit including necessary required PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) platform of size 6.5mx3.5mx0.5m and consisting of the following all as directed :- (for Runway 07 end Substation 2)

(a) DIESEL ENGINE: The engine shall be liquid cooled turbo charged after cooled type, all lube oil filter , fuel pump, injectors shall be housed outside recker cover to enable easy maintenance . Engine rating shall be 254 BHP prime mover @ 1500 RPM at NTP, model all as per Cummins Gen Set engine model No 6SL1500 TA-G2, 6 cylinder or equivalent of Greaves cotton/ Kirloskar configuration 90 degree V type , 4 cycle turbo charger,fuel pump with electronic governer, oilfilter, Radiator with fan ,exhaust and silencer pipe and insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding safety devises and other standard fitting such as speedo meter/ hours meter etc all as IS 10002 ,BS 5514 and BHP suitable to the Generator.

(b) ALTERNATOR: The alternator shall be designed for an output of 160KW, 200 KVA continous rating at .8PF screne protected drip proof in IP- 21 enclosure and closed coupled with the engine with class F or better insulation and confirming to IS -4722 KG1-200WS rated RPM 1500 incu self excited self regulated brush less and self ventilating type control panel with accessories. Electric supply terminal box with gland , earth terminal etc complete all as specified.

(c ) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The electrical system of the startor motor and charging alternator shall have the following components. (i) Batteries - 12 volts DC 180 AH capacity with one set of connecting leads of 50 sqmm copper cable (ii) starter motor ,Battery charging alternator. (d) FUEL TANK: 350 litres capacity with inlet.outlet,airvent and drain arrangement.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal enclosed, 11 KV 800A VCB Panel with 6 Nos. VCBs suitable for 50Hz 3-phase system, suitable for 26.3kA/3sec short circuit withstand capacity & 26.3kA/1sec Internal Arc capacity. Switchgear Panel enclosure of sheet steel preferably Aluzinc, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed cubicle floor mounting, free standing type with single break, horizontally drawout type breaker with trip free mechanism as per latest standard i.e. IS/IEC 62271-200 as amended up to date and as per Technical specifications, IP4X for Indoor VCB Panel enclosure. Panels shall be tested for critical seismic zone with available type test reports.

Switchgear Panel shall be electrically & mechanically interlocked as per IS/IEC 62271-1, full voltage insulated Aluminium Busbar with heat shrinkable sleeving, complete with suitable metering & protection devices, breaker featured with mechanical ON-OFF indicator with hand trip device and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, motorized & manually operated spring charging mechanism, emergency trip push buttons, auxiliary switch of 2NO + 2NC, interconnections, space heaters, panel earthing etc. and equipped with following switchgear and accessories including connection suitable for 3Cx240sqmm XLPE 11kV cable (cable entry from bottom) to be connected through heat shrinkable jointing material etc as required. (Note - Cost of end termination not included in this item.)

Note: For Item Nos 37 and 38: (i) The Switchgear shall be type tested for internal arc 25kA for 1 sec. Switchgear shall be tested for Siesmic zone IV and type test report shall be furnished. The switchgear shall have type tested making type earthing switch. (ii) The design of the switchgear shall be exclusive and specific responsibility of supplier and shall comply with current good engineering practice, the relevant codes and recommendation, the project specific requirements. Make of Vacuum interrupter, Circuit breaker & Panel shall be same. (iii) The Circuit Breaker shall confirm to IEC-62271-100.(iv) Make shall be ABB/Schneider/Siemens or it's equivalent make as per Annexure.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Servo controlled voltage stablizer 750 KVA capacity of 3 phase 415 volts of 50Hz indoor Oil Cooled type in put voltage 300 to 480 volts and out put voltage 415 Volts + 1% with min. speed of correction 8 volt/sec. suitable for unbalance load and un balance supply and provide over load protection , high/low voltage cut off and by pass arrangement (for Runway 25 end Substation 1)

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Servo controlled voltage stablizer 200 KVA capacity of 3 phase 415 volts of 50Hz indoor Oil Cooled type in put voltage 300 to 480 volts and out put voltage 415 Volts + 1% with minimum speed of correction 8 volts/sec suitable for unbalance load and un balance supply and provide over load protection , high/low voltage cut off and by pass arrangement.(for Runway 07 end Substation 2)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type 750KVA, 415V/415V 3Ph 50Hz Oil Cooled Type Ultra Isolation Transformer in class H Insulation and In built Electrostatic shield protection as per IS 11171 with powder coated Enclosure.(for Runway 25 end Substation 1)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type 200KVA, 415V/415V 3Ph 50Hz Oil Cooled Type Ultra Isolation Transformer in class H Insulation and inbuilt Electrostatic shield protection as per IS 11171 with powder coated Enclosure.(for Runway 07 end Substation 2)

Outgoing:- a) ACB 4 pole 630 Amps MDO with all protection including ON/OFF,Trip indicator and settings - 02 No's. (b) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 volts 25 KA fixed thermal & Magnetic setting - 02 Nos. (c) MCCB 16-25 Amps 4 pole 415 volts 16 KA fixed thermal & Magnetic setting - 18 Nos. (d) On load change over switch with advance neutral open execution type four pole of capacity 630 Amps- 02 Nos. (e) Digital Time Switch FM1 / Digi 20 Plus, 240 VAC, Base/DIN Mountin with suitable contactor . (for Runway 25 end Substation 1 & Runway 07 end Substation 2) Note for items 43 & 44: The panel shall be manufactured of makes as per Annexure enclosed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement and hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for insertion of HDPE pipe of 150mm outer dia and 0.4mpa working pressure all as directed. all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (ii) Depth will not be less than 1m below the road.

Supply and laying pipe HDPE type having pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2, 150mm dia inserting in horizontal bore created vide item above for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supply and laying Synthetic mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 10 mm suitable for 11KV all as directed.

Supply only Electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV all as directed.

Supply and Fix 25W high efficient LED security/Street light fitting around the building/pole, Aluminium pressure die cast housing with pure polyester powder coated for long life, High purity lenses for superior performance, IP66 protection, fixed on and including 6mtr long 80mm GI pipe light grade alongwith accessories and painting complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer, PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate including supply and fix of 32mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.5Mtr lenth bend to shape with necessary clamps etc for fixing the light fittings fixed complete all as directed. Taking up or down and relaying of HT/LT UG cable's any size, including connection with cleaning for refixing carefully complete all as specified and as directed. (at MRS power house)

Dismantling and Relocation of 315 KVA transformer carefully , including cable connection's with suitable fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. (at MRS power house)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance Free Earthing System. The earthing set shall comprise of : (a) 1 No. of Copper Bonded Rod of diameter 17.2 mm and length of 10 feet UL approved with 25 KA current discharge test from CPRI . The material shall below carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. The UL Approval certificate shall be provided.

(b) The eletrode shall be installed in a 100mm dia 3000mm deep augured bole hole. The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall be not less than 30Kg per pit. (c) 1 No. of Copper Busbar of size 25 x 6 x 150 mm should be exothermic welded with Copper bonded rod 17.2 mm dia x 3 mtr length. (d) 1 No. of PVC Pit Cover for covering of earthing. AC supply, including 3 Nos of suitable ratio current transformer with necessary entries for Incoming / outgoing multi strand cables of suitable size with glands lugs etc for each Feeder, front open hinged door for each compartment of controls and duly painted with powder coated paint both internally & externally, provision of suitable Ratio CT one No in the incoming of main panel for ensuring the PF and making connections with & including following fittings / instruments:- Make: Schneider Electric / Legrand / HAVELLS or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.
