INSTALLATION OF SHALLOW TUBEWELL (FOR 25 POINTS)

Item No.1:- Labour for boring hole for inserting tube well pipes through different soil/ rock media including hire charges of drill pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out the same and lowering pipes, fittings complete as directed by the Department. Borehole of 150mm diameter.

Item No.2: Supplying, fitting and fixing pipes plain/bevel ended for casing, conforming to relevant IS codes of practice including supplying and fitting of tube well accessories, lowering of assembly pipes concentrically in the borehole followed by supplying and packing of pea gravel free from dirt, dust and other foreign materials in the annular space between the borehole and assembly pipes complete as directed by the Department. II. PVC PIPE. Supreme/Prince/Fusion/SFMC Brand.

Item No.3:- Supplying, fitting and fixing suction pipes plain/bevel ended, conforming to relevant IS codes of practice including supplying and fitting of accessories, lowering of assembly pipes concentrically in the casing pipes complete as directed. GI pipes, TATA/SAIL(Medium) socket should be welded to the pipes. 100mm dia.

Item No.4:- Supplying fitting and fixing ISI approved PVC filter 3.00 metre long. 100mm diameter.

Item No.5:- Development of the tube well with compressor or by over pumping unit for 48 hours till sand free discharge is obtained.

Item No.6:- Flushing, clearing, washing and watering of the tube well

Item No.7:-- Supplying fitting and fixing lift and force Maya hand pump of approved with all accessories complete as directed by the Department.

Item No.8:-- Supply of 5HP Diesel Engine (Kirlosker/Usha/ Mayur) with pump set and necessary accessories complete as directed by the Department.

CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSE WITH COLLECTING TANK (For 25 nos. of points)

Item No.1:-Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (Return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classifi-cation of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. In ordinary soil.

Item No.2:-Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). Prop.1:4:8.

Item No.3:-Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. Prop. 1:3

Item no.4:-1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod / Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) 112 mm thick brick nogged wall in prop. 1:4.

Item No.5:-Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I. S. Code for R.C.C . work / R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20 G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level)

Item No.6:-Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

Item No.7:-Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. With river sand and silt(predominently non plastic) with truck carriage including loading & unloading).

Item No.8:-Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

Item No.9:-Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mm x 3mm x 250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1 : 2 : 4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified.

Item N.10:-Providing, ftting and fixing 1st class local wood ( Bonsum / Hollock battened, framed and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron hinges (100 mm x 58 mm x 1.90 mm) 6 Nos. with necessary screws.With 1st class wood work 40mm thick.

item no.11:-Providing undress wood work in roof truss, rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes, nails including M.S. straps with bolt and nuts etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timbers and two coats of anticorresive paint to MS straps (MS flats, angle cleats and bolt and nuts required for flat and angle cleats wherever used shall be measured and paid separatly).

Item No.12;-65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 25 mm and down) and 15 mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1 : 1 : 2 (1cement :1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg. per square metre of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Item no.13:-15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

item No.14:-White washing with lime on wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Item No.15:-Providing corrugated iron sheet roofing of TATA Shakti, SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvanized J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia bitumen washer 25mm diax3mm thick and 1.6mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc to be measured and paid separately). a) 63mm thick

CONSTN. OF C.C. CANAL ( QNTY. FOR 25 PTS.)

Item No.1:-Earthwork in excavation of foundation of canal structures in all types of soil as per design and drawing dressing the foundation, shoring, etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, braking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant water where necessary. a) All types of soil except soil mixed gravel and boulders, i) For normal lead 30M and lift 1.5M.

Item No.2:-Soling in foundation and under floor including filling interstices ramming etc. Complete as directed and as specified thickness.

Item No.3:-C.C work in prop. 1:4:8 in foundation /abutment/piers /wing walls etc. with hard river shingles of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed(shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item no.4:-C.C work in prop. 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment/ piers /wing walls etc. with hard river shingles of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed(shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately)

Item no.6:-River sand filling of structures, obtained from outside borrow pits filling in 15cm layers, ramming, dressing, watering, including paying compensation of land if any (with lead up to 30M and lift 1.5M).
