Item No.-1: Design, Fabrication, supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electric Traction type fully automatic Machine roomless (MRL), 8 Passenger ( 544kg) lift for the AAI Old RHQ Building, suitable for G+ 2nd Floor (approx. 10 Mtr / PIT 1600mm / Headroom 4800 mm) 3 stop- 3 opening on same side, Car entrance 700/800mm wide x 2000 mm high, Required Hoist way 1900 mm wide x 1800 mm deep finished dimension, AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive unit for operation on 415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz AC supply having speed of 1 MPS, SS Car, Power operated central opening / two panel side opening type car & landing doors made of SS Envelope , electromagnetic brake system, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for all height, reverse phase relay on controller, fire man's switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car & at all floors with up / down direction, light fixtures, ventilation fan, landing sill, main beam shaft for machine, pit ladder etc. complete with all accessories serving different floor in the lift shaft alongwith Microprocessor based V.V.V.F. automatic rescue device (ARD) system complete with dry maintenance free sealed batteries as required etc.
SH:II All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of the above 08 Passenger (544 Kg) lift (After completion of Defects Liability Period) including attending to complaints pertaining to the same, Supply & replacement of required spares/accessories/consumables, Rewinding works, Servicing & Overhauls, Periodic inspections, Schedule/Preventive/Breakdown Maintenence as per the OEM recommendations/AAI requirements
Year 1- ( 5% of SITC cost including Frieght, insurance & transportation)- For 1 job per annum
Year 2- (Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable for second year.)- For 1 job per annum
Year 3- (Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on second year cost shall be applicable for third year.)- For 1 job per annum
Year 4- (Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on third year cost shall be applicable for fourth year.)- For 1 job per annum
Year 5- (Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable for fifth year.)- For 1 job per annum
