MANNING AND OPERATION FOR MAINTENANCE TO AC PLANT OF 273 SU AREA AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATION OF 20 WING AREA UNDER GE AF BAGDOGRA

Maintenance and operation of electrical installation including its periodical maintenance for 24 hrs in 03 Shifts per day (each shift of 08 hrs) including sundays ad holidays (round the clock with one electrician in a shift of 08 hrs) (Morning shift : 01 Semi Skilled Electrician, Afternoon shift : 01 Semi Skilled Electrician, Night Shift : 01 Semi Skilled Electrician) complete up keep the maintenace of installation machineries (DG Set, VCB, LT panel, Transformer, SVR, AMF panel etc.) and surrounding are of the installation proper filling of log sheets and submitting to JE/ AGE (E/M) office weekly, ON-OFF street security light well in time in the installation checking the serviceability of backup batteries bank daily at Power Sub Station No.2 at South Gate all as specified and as per details given in particular specifications. Notes : (i) Necessary Duty roster, maint register/attendance register, payment Documents be supplied , maint by the contractor & submitted weekly to JE incharge. (ii) Contractor will provide all testintg eqpt as Magger, Earth Tester and insulation tester and multimeter as per site requirement at his own cost. (iii) All tools required by the Electricians will be provided by the cotractor. (iv) Electricity, water, fuel & lubricants required for operation & maintenance shall be issued by department to contractor 'free of cost'. (v) Each skilled operator /electrician (ITI) certificate holder with an experience of 02 (Two) years as any electrician. (vi) Operator/Electrician will maintain related document i.e. maintenance register, attendance register and breakdown register. (vii) Contractor will ensure that 'life insurance certificates of each operator/electrician/helper' against any mis-happening will be produced before commencement of work to the Engineer-in-Charge. In case of any incident/accident of the operator/electricial/helper, contractor will solely be responsible and any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible. (viii) In the event of absence of any tradesmen/helper/electrician/operator in any of the shift,contractor shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs.1000/- for the shift. (ix) The contractor will deploy one experience supervisor for supervision and taking instructions & submission of all documents & information regarding the activity of issue of required store to Engr-in-charge.The cost of deployment of supervisor is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor against item No.1 to 2. (x) The contractor shall provide torch light/emergency light to the tradesmen in night duty hours. He will also provide the uniform shoe & name plate to the men deputed on duty and they will wear the same on duty. If he not then a recovery of Rs. 500/- per person per month will be made on contractor. (xi) The contractor shall employ the Electrician/Operator/helper only after police verification of his character and antecedents.

Maintenance and operation of Street light, HT UG / OH line and LT line complete including its periodical maintenance for 24 hrs in 03 Shifts per day (each shift of 08 hrs) including sundays and holidays (round the clock with two electrician in a shift of 8 hrs) (Morning shift : 02 Skilled Electrician,Afternoon Shift : 02 Skilled electrician, Night Shift : 02 Skilled Electrician, complete up keep the maintenance of lectrical installation (Street light, HT UG/ OH line and LT line, VCB , LT panel, Transformer, SVR, AME panel etc) and controlled from Captive Power House including proper of maintaining complaint register and submitting to JE/ AGE (E/M) office weekly.

All as per set item No.3.00 but one semi skilled electrician for street light, HT UG/OH line complete General shift : 01 from 0900hrs to 1700hrs complete up keep the maintenance of Electrical installation (Street light, HT UG/ OH line and LT line, VCB, LT panel, Transformer, SVR, AMF panel etc) and controlled from Captive power House including proper of maintaining compaint register and submitting to JE/ AGE (E/M) office weekly. Maintenance and operation of Air conditioning plat including its periodical maintenance such as filter cleaning and electrical meter checking etc with 24 hours operation in 03 shif per day (each shift of 8 hours) including sundays and holidays for operation with suitable reliever for the following type/capacity ductable/mega split type and all as specified and all as per details given including submission of log sheet & documents weekly all as directed. Notes : (i) Necessary duty roster, log sheets, maint register/attendance register, payment documents be supplied, maint by the contractor & submitted weekly to JE incharge. (ii) Contractor will maintain the system at his own cost. (iii) Electricity, water, fuel & lubricant required for operation & maint shall be issued by department to the contractor 'Free of Cost". (iv) Each Semi Skilled operator/electrician (ITI) certificate holder or high school pass with an experience of 03 (three) years as any operator must be presnent in the whole & 8 hours shift and leave the installation only when the next operator attended the plant. (v) Operator will maintain related documents i.e. log sheet of AC Plants, DG set and breakdown register. (vi) Contractor will ensure that 'Life Insurance Certificate' of each operator/electrician/helper against any mis-hapening will be produced before commencement of work to the Engr-in-Charge. In case of any incident/accident of the operator/electrician/helper, contractor will solely be responsible and any clain what so ever on this account shall not be dimissible. (vii) In the event of absence of any tradesmen/helper/electrician/operator in any of the shift, contractor shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs. 1000.00 for the shift. (viii) The contractor will deploy one exeperience supervisor for supervision and taking instruction & submission of all documents & information regarding the activity of issue of required store to Engr-in-Charge. The cost of deployment of supervisore is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor against Item No.5 (a). (ix) The contractor shall provide torch light/emergency light to the tradesmen in night duty house. He will also provide the uniform shoe & name plate the men deputed on duty and they will wear the same on duty. If he not then a recovery of Rs. 500/- per month per person will be made on contractor. (x) The contractor shall employ the FGM/Operator/Helper only after police verification of his character and antecedents. (a) Ductable Spit type AC plant ( 3 unit of capacity 11.6 TR & 3 unit of capacity 8.5 TR ) & DG Set at 273 SU. Details of Shift are as followes : (Morning shift : 01 Ref Mech, Afternoor : 01 Ref Mech, Night Shift : 01 Ref Mech).
