REPAIR/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAK WELL, MAN HOLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Cleaning of underground Horizontal sewage pipe of any dia upto 200mm (Cleaning length not exceeding 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 300m and burying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and maintenance of sewage line any dia upto 200mm and 2 to 6 meter depth manholes (as per MAP QTR COMMON CENTRAL SEWAGE LINE and MANHOLES) in the following steps:- (i) Dewatering of manholes (ii) Removing of all sludge/waste material from all manholes, desalting of floor, lean the floor and walls of the manhole after removing complete sludge/materials with clean water (iii). Removing the temporary blockage of inlet/outlet pipe and making functional the manholes. (iv) Remove all taken out sludge/ waste materials in covered containers out side the Defence Land. any means and getting out and removing sludge to a distance up to 3 km out side of defence land limit and disposal in low lying area and including removing of all types of blockage of any length between two consecutive deep manholes and to keep smooth functioning without any blockage in any situation by mechanical means with manual and mechanical process (sewer suction machine) including removal and refixing of man hole covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering of Septic tank, soakage well and manhole of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol and washing the top of septic tank & soakage wells and surrounds with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygienic complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 10000 Ltr container considered for one trip.

De-sludging of Septic tank, Manholes of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filter beds of any description and in anomy position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/ Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spreading required qty of bleaching powder or dispose of waste material complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting of grass, growth/vegetations, bushes or like and similar work and making the workable space for carrying out cleaning of sewage line/manholes in any location or condition etc all as specified and as directed.

Attending and rectifying sewage complaint such as blockage of chocked bathroom / WC / kitchen block / WHB drainage / chamber and also tightening of loose rain water pipe and outlet PVC pipe and making functional open drainage main hole sewage line etc complete all as specified and directed and directed any type any time between 9 AM to 6 PM including holiday all as specified and as directed. Note : (1 )Only experienced 04 Nos sewage cleaners shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (2.) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per complaints shall be charged.
