Item Breakup - A-Maintenance of streetlight poles & related work.

Supply wiring of size 2x1.5 sq mm (Red + Set Black) copper multi strand wire along with 1x1.0 sq. mm multi strand green colour copper wire as earth, and drawing through (inside the pole) the street light pole testing & commissioning the wire to replace the burnt/damaged wiring in the poles from light fixture to the junction box fitted at the bottom of the 9.5/11.5 meter long poles as per explanatory notes.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe bracket of 40mm Numbers dia 2.0 mtr long with a suitable bend and fixing o n the Wall/roof top with GI Clamps and fixing the street light fitting (fitting will provided by RCF) . It also Includes the 2x1.5 sq. mm copper wire along with 1x1.0 sq. mm green wire as earth wire along with MCB 10Amp/ switch box with 16amp switch as per explanatory notes.

Dismantling of existing broken muffing and Numbers fabrication of new muffing having size 450mm outer dia. and 165mm inner dia. approx. and 600mm height with concrete mixture having ratio 1:3:6 and giving proper and smooth finishing to the muffing surface with plastering and top to be tapered as per pole foundation drawing as per explanatory notes.

Each pole is to numbered again with black paint letters and digits of same dimensions as written on existing poles as per explanatory notes.

Supply of paint and painting the poles 9.5 Numbers mtr/11.5 mtr long with two coats of silver paint of Make Asian/Berger/Nerolac /Dulux . The surface of poles shall be cleaned properly and smoothly by emery paper & one layer of red o x i d e before repainting the poles. (Wooden Ladder/suitable high rise plate form which does not damage the grass of Golf area.) Painting of muffing of street light poles/Post top Numbers light pole of white colour with one coat of outdoor weather proof paint of Asian/Berger/nerolac/ Dulux after repair of muffing properly with Cement & white Putty. ( 02 muffling's of post top light pole will be counted as one large street light pole muffing for measurement) as per explanatory notes.

Supply the paint and painting the small poles of Numbers height approx. 3.0mtr/5.0 mtr/5.5 mtr long with two coats of silver/white paint of Asian/Berger/nerolac/ Dulux. Size 650mmx 600mm and 250mm deep along with suitable stand of MS angle of height 600mm minimum to be grouted 300 mm inside the ground with concrete ratio of 1:3:6 along with two Nos of MCCB TPN of 125 Amp with breaking capacity 25kA , 03 nos. loop in loop out terminal (04 points) capacity 200A each . Digging of the Soft soil near the Street light Job pole/SFP for extracting/completing the short length of cable size 4x16/4x25 sq.mm in Street light Junction box from the loop of cable under the earth & connection in Junction box after refixing the jn.box at its original heightand for SFP the size of cables is 4x50 sq mm to 4x120/150 sq mm and loop to be taken out from ground brought upto level of Bus bars of SFP(The RCF Supplied Heat shrinkable sleeve/PMA Conduit of suitable size to provide in cable ends before conn. if required) as per explanatory notes.

Excavation of trench under Soft soil minimum 1 RM meter deep & 400 mm wide for laying of XLPE al. armoured cables of all sizes as per site requirement and provide sand cushoning of 75mm thick layer around the cable and top protection with class B bricks laterally to cable length of cable as per RCF drawing ( The sand, bricks etc are in the scope of the tenderer). The trench to refilled back after laying of cable, ramming, levelling and watering the excavated area after laying of cable to bring the surface to original level as per explanatory notes.

Digging of pucca/concrete soil with the help of RM bockie for crossing the roads/pathways/pucca surface areas etc. The hole of bockie shall be 1000mm below the top surface of the road and providing and laying the HDPE hume pipe of required size to run through the power supply cables. (The supply of HDPE pipe is under the scope of the tenderer) as per explanatory notes.

Excavation of trench in pucca area 1 mtr deep RM and 400mm wide with 75mm sand layer around the cable and top covered with class -B bricks for protection and repair the site to same as it is original shape.(The supply of bricks, sand, Cement etc are under the scope of the tenderer) as per explanatory notes.
