Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered wall surface of any description and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on surfaces of walls.

Taking down chowkats / frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement as in dado, skirting etc to match with the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces for receiving tiles all as specified and Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
