Revamping of Intake Stations AND 2.25 Old RSFP of Doodhganga Water Treatment Plant at Kralpora

Providing and fixing premium quality PVC Sunboard Signage Board of size 12'x4'comprising 3 mm thick PVC Sunboard sheet, fixed with high resolution eco-solvent digitally printed self-adhesive vinyl graphics of approved design, matter, logo, lettering, numerals & colour scheme, duly laminated with UV & weather resistant matte/gloss film including aluminium/PVC edge beading, backing supports wherever required, drilling holes, SS screws, rawl plugs, adhesive, scaffolding/staging, labour, carriage, installation & all incidental works complete as per approved design & direction of Eng. in charge.

Providing, erecting, maintaining, and dismantling temporary wooden staging /scaffolding up to 6m height internally for execution of maintenance works (cleaning, plastering, painting). The job includes providing working platforms with planks, tying, bracing, safety arrangements, and protective covering of underlying electro-mechanical machinery using heavy-duty tarpaulin/polythene to prevent dust and paint damage. The rate is a lump sum for the entire designated area and includes shifting, dismantling, and clearing the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: Complete job

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade: Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liters/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Dry rubbing and cleaning of wall and ceiling surfaces including removal of cobwebs, accumulated dust, grease deposits and loose materials complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile organic compound) content: With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping & sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm & under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead:With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Providing & laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% & conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of tile 600x600 mm.
