The tenderer should have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of security printing. Enclose the experience certificate

Bidders should have executed print and Supply of Marks Cards up to at least 50% of the tender quantity mentioned in the tender schedule in any one of the three Financial Years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25- Upload relevant documents

The Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society

Printing unit location should be in Karnataka or any one of the Indian states shared borders with Karnataka state. Factory Registration Certificate from the competent authority has to be uploaded.

The Tenderer should be empaneled as Security Printers in Indian Banks Association (IBA) in respect with the Printing Unit (Tenderers applied & waiting for the IBA empanelment are not considered).

Copy of the PAN card of the firm has to be uploaded as detailed below. If a firm is sole proprietorship PAN card copy of the proprietorship. If a firm is partnership PAN card copy of the firm only (partners PAN card copy will not be considered). If a firm is private Ltd. or Public Ltd. Company, PAN card copies of the company.

The tenderer shall submit A4 Size 10 sheets paper sample bearing details off Mill, GSM, to the Senior Assistant Director, B Section, Karnataka school examination and assessment board on or before the last date for the submission of Technical Bid as per the Tender Schedule. These samples are to be packed in separate covers duly indicating name and address of the tenderer on the sealed cover and on all the samples. The tenders without the samples shall be categorically rejected.

Board, if required will depute a team comprising technical expert and Board officials to inspect the printing press of the bidders, to verify the technical capacity of the printer to execute the tender work. Based on the report submitted by the team the technical bid evaluation committee will take appropriate decision on the technical eligibility of the Bidder

If required, Bidder qualified for the above-mentioned criteria from Sl. No.1 to 12 shall give demonstration of overprinting of variable data. Bidders unsuccessful in demonstration or absent from the demonstration, shall be categorically rejected

The average turnover of the tenderer shall not be less than Rs 20 Lakhs in the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Audited balance sheet and Profit and Loss account for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 has to be uploaded certified by Chartered Accountant

EMD of Rs. 39,300/- should be credited to CeG account as per IFT Clause (4).

Details of Income Tax returns filed for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 has to be uploaded i.e., assessment Years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 respectively
