Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.) i) for Gr. II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compaction to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Gr.II

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. D. With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982 (Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (i) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading II (10mm nominal size)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Sgn. (All the Steel works must be Tata/Sai/or any other approved brand)
