M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall roof projections including facia , cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanisum )with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean , free from dust , loose paint , etc by skilled labour and applying two coats of cement Base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished fair complete all as specified and directed at any location in any area incl repairing in patches at parapet, facing, fins, etc if any required at site for entire completion of work all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered o surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed at any location in any area incl repairing in patches at parapet, facing, fins, etc if any required at site for entire completion of work all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall by using mechanical device over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash by using mechanical device complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation, washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of weather proof paint (APPEX Paint) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the roots of trees from the brick walls / stone wall made in cement mortar exc half and not exc one brick thick wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to arrest further growth to the roots with the cement sand mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and fair and preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
