Providing and laying nominal mix plain cement concrete with crushed stone aggregate using concrete mixer in all works upto plinth level excluding cost of form work. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).Extra for laying PCC/RCC of any grade in superstructure above plinth level for every floor or part thereof in addition to rate for foundation and plinth:

Brick work with modular fly-ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) confirming to IS:12894-2002 of class designation 40 in foundation and plinth in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand)

Supply and fixing of polymer precoated galvalume profile sheets (PPGL) of approved size, shape and pitch of corrugation, total coated thickness (TCT) 0.60 mm +/- 5%, epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and colour polyester top coat 18-20 microns and 6-7 microns on bottom. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete : Crimp curve

Providing asbestos cement 6mm thick corrugated or semi corrugated sheet roofing fixed

Providing and making 12mm thick cement plaster of mix:In Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash/distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc.complete.

Removing of paint on internal surface/ Interior emulsion/cement paint by scraping sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete at all height.

Providing and applying Polymaric cement primer on all surface applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm as per relevant I.S. code 15489:1974 (product such as Birla white primacoat/activcoat, Asian Trucare, Dulux interior cement primer, Opus Calista/110) with all tool tackles and labour etc. complete for the work.

Providing and applying on exterior surface with LITE ECONOMY Exterior Emulsion paint of required shades to give protective and water proof finish minimum three coats applied @ 1.43 lit / 10Sqm up to final finish as per relevant I.S. Code 15489:2013 Туpe -2 Class D, C (Glossy /Semi Glossy finish) (Product such as Asian ACE Spark, Dulux Pomise exterior smart, Nerolac Littil Master, Berger Bison Lite, Nippon Superio etc) inclusive of providing abro tape on edges and article and cleaning of door, windows, floor and surface as required with all tools tackles and labour etc. complete for the work (With 2 Year Warranty.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty over plastered wall surface including scaffolding complete

Providing and applying Economy Plastic emulsion paint with roller application minimum three coats appied @ 1.25 lit /10 Sqm up to final finish as per relevant I.S. Code 15489:2013 Туpe -1 Class D & C (Glossy and Semi Glossy Finish) of required shade (product such as Tractor emulsion, Dulux Promise, Nerolac Bueaty Silver, Berger bison/breeze, Opus 130/ Style Paint) inclusive of providing abro tape on edges and article and cleaning of door, windows, floor and surface as required with all tools tackles and labour complete for the work.
