Per Sqcm. Including splays, cutting, circular moulding, chamfering corbelling watering curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing antiskid vetrified tile in dadoos of size 300mm x 1200mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour, Cess, Royalities, Additional charges, DMF @ 10% & EMF @ 5% over the royality and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fitting - fixing of Openable UPVC Doors with door frame of approved make with 6 mm glass of approved quality complete with frame shutters and all fitting and fixtures complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fitting - fixing of 5.5 mm thick hexagonal Aluminium jally in windows as single groove, double groove and tpered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminium jally nd jointing angle conforming to stsndard Aluminium section etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. Window grill made out of M.S.Flat confirming to IS 2062/2006 painted with Red Oxide Primer as per design including cost of all materials with cost of conveyance, taxes, Cess etc. but excluding labour as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of Grill including filling the holes with C.C (1:2:4) etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of bricks walls/ stone masonary after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty etc completed in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
