Desludging/cleaning including dewatering of septic tank/soak well/manholes in any dia and depth upto 1.5 mtr for liquid and slurry material and removing the sludge from the tank by mechanical using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MoD land/premises at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, scouring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all materials, labour of skilled/unskilled, tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud.

M&L for soak well/soak pit of dia 3.00 mtr internal at top and depth of 1.80 mtr from botton having min 2.45 mtr height 380 mm thick random rubble uncoarsed stone masonary wall in CM 1:6 with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2(Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) below stone masonary at Bottom and RCC coverslab using Design mix concrete M-25 or 1:1.5:3 nominal mixwith reinforcement 10 mm dia bars @ 150mm C/C both ways top and bottom layer of concrete including arrangement for manhole opening and manhole cover, inlet for 100/150 mm dia pipe connected with existing manholes including dismantling and filling of existing soak well/soak pit and make a true surface complete all as specified as per Drg No. CESZ/TD-1078/2011 sheet 1/1 Note :- The rate includes excavation in hard/dense soil and construction of soak well as per drawing, connection of inlet pipe, 100 mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowl, returning and filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtr from site. If any issues regarding drawing shall be finalized by Engr in Charge during execution.

M&L for cleaning of blocked/Ice frozen drain pipes 100 mm to 200 mm bore by pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank or vice versa and and well flushing with water after cleaning including manholes and removing of waste material to a distance n.exc 50 m and burying in pits and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of cleaning material and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of blocked cast iron/ pvc pipes of bore 100 to 150 mm dia pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or manually using with cleaning materials including manholes and removing of waste material to out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of cleaning material and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of blocked cast iron/ pvc pipes of bore 50 to 75 mm dia pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or manually using with cleaning materials including manholes and removing of waste material to out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of cleaning material and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of blocked floor traps upto 100mm dia pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or manually using with cleaning materials and removing of waste material to out of defence n.exc 50m and burying in pits complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of cleaning material and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of blockage manually by rodding from water closets (IWC/EWC),pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or manually using with cleaning materials including manholes and removing of waste material to out of defence n.exc 50m and burying in pits complete all as specified and directed NOTEs: (a) The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate (b) The complaint shall be cleared with in 24 hrs after intimation to contractor if not rectified then recovery at double the rate quoted against this item shall be levied on contractor's dues.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan and seat cover (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including P or S trap (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl bedding with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous china squatting pan or Orissa' pattern, including lime concrete bedding, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests dia 100 mm suitable 'P' or 'S' trap excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe but including connection to trap, anti syphonage pipe etc. complete fixed in repairs, incl bedding with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern (ISI Marked), low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets with twin flush provision, complete, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 550 x 400mm including waste coupling CP 32mm dia and CI brackets of iron 65 x 65 x 6mm embedded in PCC block with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and PVC waste pipe 32mm dia & CP grating with holes fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, Beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, footings, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended flat slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works (rough finished flat surface of concrete) nor exceeding 200 mm thick (Horrizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing admixture 3 % of cement as per manufacturer's instrucitons complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid in this item only.

S&F PVC (SWR) vent cowl 100/110mm dia fixed over suitable dia of vent pipes in any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc including necessary weathering, throating etc and including form work if necessary and set in cement motor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description removed to out of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 300mm X 300mm X 20-22mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments layed over 20mm thick cement screed base (1:6 with coloured cement to make the shade of tiles and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preperation of new concrete /plastered wall surface of any description, applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) (back or corner wall type),complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe.
