Supply, Laying, Jointing and testing of 150 mm dia MS (ERW) pipe heavy duty confirming to IS-1239 Part I : 2004 with wall thickness 6.0 mm random length of 6.0 Mtrs incl cost of jointing materials like MS Flanges 30 mm thick with 12 Nos holes confirming to IS-6392-1971 and as per flange table No – 28 dully welded (leak proof) alongwith nuts, bolts and washers of IS- 1963 specification incl rubber/asbestos fiber sheet gasket 3.0 mm thickness (minimum) of standard make confirming to relevant specification. (Specials such as tail piece, Tees, bends etc. of same dia of MS pipe shall be provided as per site requirement ) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge the pipe shall have outside coating of Anty corrosive coat on MS pipe coating MACKPOLY coat confirming to BIS-10221 through MS pipe line complete to protect including taking down old unserviceable all as directed and as specified. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately . (ii) Fittings for pipe line such as elbow,union, tee, nipple,flange,Gasket ,nuts,bolt etc included in this quoted rate (iii) Welding machine,welding rods,DG Set,JCB,lifting crane and manpower required for this job is included in this quoted rate (iv) The work will be carried out in hilly area/scatterd area.

Supply, fixing & testing cast steel body sluice valve PN-1 (ISI marked ) confirming to IS-14846-2000, flanged of class 1.6 PN with brass spindle, and fly nut flanged both ends & drilled for jointing, wheel head type including two flanged joints with nuts, bolts, washers & rubber insertion packing etc for 150 mm bore pipe including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing and testing of cast steel body reflux valve (non return valve) with by pass arrangement having dia 150 mm heavy duty class 300 including taking down old unserviceableall as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 105cmX105cmX110cm internal size, 100 mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15MM thick plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement , 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mmX50mmX6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25mmX4mm flat iron hold fasts, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Cast iron body Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Water supply flanged pipe 150mm dia including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil n. exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation for laying of pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr cumic metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick/work or stone/boulder masonary,built in lime mortar including quoins arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) with old size bricks disignation 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm )graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,coping for holding GI pipes over a column all as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.
